EBI Foods Ltd. Is a major supplier of batter and breading to Mc Donald suppliers in Europe and in Asia, supplying consistently the best quality raw materials to them. EBI Foods LTD fully supports all development work for food processing companies and assure them of total confidentiality for their recipes for premixes. EBI Cremica is the only manufacturer in INDIA to supply internationally acceptable breadcrumbs and batters in the Indian Market.The breadcrumbs and premixes are manufactured in a state of the art plant imported from England.

The unit was established primarily to serve McDonald’s India for the supply of batter and breadings to VISTA Processed Foods Ltd., the burger patty supplier and Amalgam Foods Ltd, Kochi, the fish patty supplier to the Mc Donald’s System.

The unit has gained tremdously because of its association with Mc Donalds and is proud to be its supplier. Due to its association the unit has now started supplies to various manufacturers of Meat, Poultry and Seafood who were earlier dependent on imported Batters and Bread crumbs . EBI Cremica is now supplying its products to leading companies like HLL, Venky’s , Alkabeer, Gadre Marine and Oberoi’s Flight Services and various other meat processors who are making value added products for the retail market.

McDonald’s Quality Systems have helped the unit to gear up for the HACCP Certification which is now at its final audit stage. EBI Cremica manufactures its products to standards as laid out by Mc Donalds International following GMP and all other QA related issues in its endeavor to give products matching to McDonalds expectations.

The establishment of this unit under the McDonald 's umbrella of supplies has gone a long way in servicing and helping the Indian Meat, Poultry and sea food industry reach and supply to the Indian consumer a product adhering to International Standards.

EBI Cremica also manufactures Stabilizers, Ice –creams, Soft Serve (softy) and milkshakes. These stabilizers were till four years back imported into the country but since then these products are supplied by us to companies like Amrit Foods Ltd the dairy suppliers to the Mc Donald’s system. Stabilizers for ice-cream are now sold to leading ice cream manufacturers in North India who are making very high quality ice-creams .

The establishment of this unit has helped in giving employment to a number of persons.

The unit is growing; it has achieved a growth of more than 30% per annum infact this year the growth has been about 60%. Increase in volumes have helped in reducing and maintaining prices in spite of inflationary trends of raw material prices helping the system to stick to its motto of value .pricing and providing its customers with a product matching up to International standards.
